How a single-doctor practice became a dental family serving mid-Missouri for over 30 years.
Diamond Ridge Dentistry began as a great adventure in 1991, when Dr. Nathalie Tungesvik bought Dr. Cross's dental office as he stepped into retirement. Fresh out of dental school, Dr. Tungesvik started with little more than her training and a tenacious commitment to the patients who entrusted their care to her.
Her commitment to excellence quickly grew the practice to the point that a move was necessary to accommodate her patients, and in 1998 the practice relocated to Diamond Ridge, where it has continued to grow ever since.
Along the way, Dr. Tungesvik developed a long-standing interest in Invisalign clear aligner therapy and sleep apnea treatment with dental appliances. With the addition of two highly qualified dentists, Dr. Mollie Lindquist in 2012 and Dr. Elana York in 2016, she has been able to concentrate more deeply on these areas, building real expertise in both.
Today, these three practitioners form a highly integrated dental practice, committed to continuing the legacy of excellent, honest dental care that began more than 30 years ago.
