Everything you need for your first visit
We understand that visiting a new dentist, or bringing your child to one, can feel like a big step. Here is what to expect, and how to make it easy.
All about your comfort, from the start
During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history, take any necessary x-rays, and one of our doctors will thoroughly examine your mouth and build a treatment plan based on your individual needs. We will answer every question you have along the way.
Please plan for your appointment to last between 60 and 90 minutes, and remember to bring:
- Your completed patient information form
- Your insurance card
- Any current x-rays or radiographs you have
Save time by filling these out ahead of your visit

Without insurance coverage
Payment for treatment is due in full on the day of service. Ask us about our DRD Membership Plan for substantial savings on your dental care.
With insurance coverage
Your estimated copay and deductible are due on the day of service. You are ultimately responsible for all fees generated by your treatment, so we are always happy to walk through the details with you.
How you can pay
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, checks, and cash. Payment plans are also available, just ask.
Rescheduling policy
We ask for at least two business days' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment, to help us avoid a cancellation fee on your account.
